Rules of the Game

Although we want you to enjoy the game without any restrictions and to its full potential, there are a few ground rules which are as follows:

1) All players MUST be 16 or over, playing under 16 may be illegal in your region. Murder Mystery Investigations, Joy Swift's Original Murder Weekends and any of its associates will not be liable for any damage, harm or personal injury of any kind for an underage player accessing the site by deception.

2) There are no refunds. We are completely confident that you will find the game of an exceptional quality and standard.

3) Although you may wish to Google for additional information such as translations, please do not be distracted by all the additional information you could access. All evidence needed to solve the case will be displayed over the entire investigation.

4) All evidence and content of the website are copyright; this includes, stories, plots, characters, logos, branding and all other intellectual property of Murder Mystery Investigations. Reproduction of any aspect of the game for whatever purpose is illegal and will be pursued vigorously.

5) PLEASE don't tell anyone the ending of any of the plots as they may want to carry out their own investigation - it would be like spilling the beans on "THE MOUSETRAP"!

6) You will not use the site and any of its features, code or functionality for illegal activity of any kind. Any breach of these rules will result in the termination of your account, with no refund.

7) Any attempt to access the site's code or areas of the site, its server or anything not considered part of the public game will result in the termination of your account.

8) You will use the site and play the games with fair use. Any abuse of the site, its system or breaching of these rules will result in the termination of your account.

9) We reserve the right to review and amend these game rules at any time.
